When I go into the Service Center, it says it has an update, but that update's install file doesn't complete (it just closes while running). All install files are present, registry entries, etc and icons are all established correctly. I install the app, and it looks like it worked fine. He finally seems to have given up, because his last reply was to the download page on NI, which doesn't even have a link to download Battery. I'm extremely frustrated because I'm an experienced Windows 7 IT tech, so this tech gentleman's advice was all redundant efforts. I have been working with NI tech support to resiolve this same issue. (multiple different attempts on multiple different machines) Again ask a friend/family member to help, or pay someone like me to do a Zoom meeting with you and walk you through it all, so I can see your screen throughout the whole process. Battery 3 won't install on my Win 7 圆4 machines either. Plus there is no button available to Uninstall all products that youve already installed, so youll have to go through your computer and delete all of it manually.
